We are a specialized team of 18, including 11 recruiters, an Office Manager, and a full-time research staff of 6 employees. Our scope is national with expertise spanning multiple disciplines. Though we work with some of the biggest names in the digital advertising space and are able to provide scalable recruiting solutions customized to fit our clients’ needs. Our size and position as a boutique shop allows us the flexibility to provide scale that most smaller niche recruiting firms cannot offer while still enabling us to give you the personal attention a large firm cannot deliver.
Avi Mally, CEO
Avi Mally's experience spans 7 years in multiple disciplines, including senior level executive recruiting, investment research, and business development. Most recently, he was Director, Business Development at AC Lion, an executive search firm with a focus on emerging digital media. He holds the record for the highest first year billing total in the company's twelve year history. In 2007, he co-led the launch of the Retained Search Division, where he focused on Director, VP, and C-Level placements. Previously, as Research Manager for Nitron Circle of Experts (Now
Evalueserve Circle of Experts), he oversaw the delivery of high level industry research to hedge funds, venture capital firms, and top tier investment banks. With the research department under his stewardship, his leadership led to the firm's acquisition by Evalueserve, an offshore research and analytics firm founded in 2000 by former McKinsey and IBM executives. Evalueserve has been named one of the fastest growing companies in Asia-Pacific by both Red Herring and Deloitte Technology. They have grown to 2,250+ employees in 8 years, and have over 1,100 clients, including 7 of the 12 largest investment banks. He graduated with a BS in Economics from Rutgers University.
Eric Adelman, President
Eric Adelman is an ambitious entrepreneur and lifelong salesperson, who has been involved in multiple business ventures. He was formerly the owner of a highly successful business specializing in the sales of rare books and collectibles. After a short stint in print advertising sales, Eric quickly realized that Digital Media would be the main conduit for growth over the coming decade. He spent two years recruiting for AC Lion, focusing solely on digital media. He established a highly successful online ad operations recruiting practice from scratch, resulting in over thirty successful placements in this oft-overlooked area of emerging technology. One of the highest billing recruiters in corporate history, he added close to $1MM to AC Lion's bottom line during his tenure. His eye for detail and ability to see unique angles in every situation enable him to most effectively close holes in his clients' operations. His expertise allows him to be a catalyst for the success of both his candidates' careers, and his clients' vision. He graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Yeshiva University with a degree in Marketing, and is a proud husband and father.
Jeff Kronisch, VP, IT Recruiting
Jeff Kronisch started his career working on the direct marketing space, where he got a first hand look at traditional print and TV direct response. Jeff continued his sales career recruiting for Web 1.0 VC backed start ups, software development shops, financial services firms and pre-IPO companies. He worked on full time roles on an award winning team at Robert Half, placed IT consultants for Kforce, and retained searches for Fortune 100 companies. Jeff also recruited onsite at UBS. Now at Three Pillars Recruiting Jeff held the distinction of having the shortest commute in the New York office for almost a year.
Eric Barthels, Senior Executive Recruiter
Eric Barthels is a 2002 graduate with over 7 years of award winning recruiting experience. He began his career at a boutique recruiting company and within 2 years became the #1 producer among 15 account executives. He later joined a Kforce and within 2 years, qualified for the top performers club (approximately top 10%). In January of 2008, Eric joined Acerno, where he was responsible for their overall recruiting and vendor management efforts. In 2008, Eric effectively filled over 60 full time openings, doubling the ad network division's headcount which enabled the company to be sold for over $98 MM to Akamai Technologies. In the summer of 2009, Eric joined Three Pillars Recruiting. Eric's passion for the digital space, consultative approach to recruiting and win/win mentality allowed him to quickly became recognized as one of our highest producers and most effective mentors.
Josh Yehaskel, Senior Executive Recruiter
Josh Yehaskel brings with him 5 years of sales and operations experience. He began his career at a digital e-commerce company, JewelBasket.com, and was responsible for heading Sales, Business Development and streamlining Operations for the company resulting in JewelBasket becoming one of the fastest growing and most successful Jewelry companies on the web. He was also Director of Ad Sales at University Sports Publications, one of the top sellers responsible for selling sports advertising. A self professed 'tech geek', Josh has immersed himself deeply within the digital space and emerging technologies with a focus on Business Engineering. In his spare time he enjoys teaching himself to play the Ukulele, lock-picking and reading about new technologies. He graduated from Yeshiva University with a triple major and honors in English, Political Science and Sociology.
Jonathan Graber, Senior Executive Recruiter
Jonathan Graber started his career as a merchandise planning intern in Lillian Vernon Corporation's marketing department. There he got to see firsthand the transition from traditional print media to online media sales. After graduating with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Yeshiva University with a B.S. in Finance, Jonathan joined First Investors Corporation as a financial services representative. Within two years he was promoted twice, managed a $1.5MM portfolio and was ranked as a top 50 insurance producer for the company. After two years Jonathan decided to leave his position to pursue an MBA at University of Georgia and join a new venture, Three Pillars Recruiting - a firm specializing in the Interactive Media/Advertising space. In his first year (2009, a down economy), Jonathan was responsible for successfully placing 10 candidates generating over $700K in annual salaries. Jonathan is a native of Memphis, TN, lives full-time in Atlanta, GA and is a proud husband and father.
